Hard disk got corrupted in my MyCloud Home gen. I want to replace it with 1TB hard drive which I have.
Would like to know what is the procedure.

Have you searched the Knowledge Base?
The My Cloud Home is a completely different device than the My Cloud line of products. See the dedicated My Cloud Home subforum to see if anyone has successfully replaced their hard drive.
