Remote Access Via another PC

I have installed my WD My Cloud device and set it up as per the manual.

It works fine as a networked hard drive, i can access it locally through my PC and away from home with my apple devices. I am however having problems trying to remotely access My Cloud from a PC away from home through WWW.WD2GO.COM

I can log in but i cannot see my device. i am presented with “no devices availiable” on the screen.

I dont know why its not linked to my account.

Am i missing something obvious?

Did you register your user with the MyCloud registration within the NAS’s UI:

…and are you logging in using the exact same email address as shown?
