My Cloud is connected to my home wifi and I can access it from any computer in the house. I can’t find an explanation of how I can access it other than at home when in range of my wifi for example, through an ethernet internet connection. Thanks in advance for any help.
You have to enable remote access in the dashboard for the selected users. This will lead you to use the wd2go.com website and/or the wdmycloud apps (desktop or mobile) to access the device remotely. Check the user manual.
