My Cloud Mirror keeps dropping remote access from Iphone. Activate by the next day it has dropped out.
Please help
Hi, have you verified with the remote access drops from other devices? If the problem continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the wd my cloud app.

I have done as you have suggested number of times.
In my WDcloud i had the Power Schedule set to on so it would do a power saving at night. (12.00 to 06.00). By not using this facility, ie set to off. It has been ok. So i think there must by a software issue. can you help as i would like to use this facility.
