Remote Acces Disabled

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud Mirror

Even with newest Mirror update 1.05.25 I get "Remote Acces Disabled"regularly (2-3 times a week). What should I do ?

Hi Robin99, welcome to the WD Community. You could try doing a system only restore to see if it helps. If the problem continues, I recommend you to contact support directly.
