My cloud mirror devices - Remote access issue

Hello;

I have two my cloud mirror devices, whose remote access appears to be diabled.

I cannot acces the devices either from my computer (“windows cannot access device” or “the device does not answer” appear) nor the mobile app (error 970 “remote access disabled” appears).

It already happened to me but it lasted a very brief moment before all was back to normal.

I don’t have access to the dashbord of the two devices ar all.
I tried to restart my internet router but with no luck.

However; all LEDs of the two devices are blue (solid for power and blinking for the hard drives). I hope my data is fine

Help… I really need access to remote access. But now no dashboard yet it is still works fine via file explorer network.

I have exactly the same problem, when I try to connect using internet, I get the message that the device is offline. I already tried unplugged the cable to the router and restarted the WD device but nothing seems to work.

Next what I get although is in Portuguese.
