Remote Access Error

I’ve had my MBL for about 3 weeks now, and everything has been working great until I recently tried to enable remote access. When I check the box to “enable” remote access, I get the  “ERROR  31505- The device status could not be updated due to an communication or internal software error”.  I’ve updated the latest firmware, and my internet connection is working fine…any thoughts???   


I’d do a factory reset (Erases all data) to make sure the MBL doesn’t have a system error, and then I’d check the ports on the router, it could be blocked by a firewall…
