Cant connect to my book live via remote access

i can no longer access my book live via remote access. everything works great for my home network but will not work from remote set ups.

The light on the front of the mbl is green. the lights on the back are orange on the bottom and blinking green on the top.

I have already restarte the modem and mbl device.
Can anyone help with this?

Everything worked fine for at least 2 years and now it just stopped working.
