Remote access: Device offline

I´ve just bought this 2 TB mbl, but can´t make it work.
Iphone and ipad keeps saying “Device offline” this device is inaccessible; only local files are available.
I have re-installed the apps several times.

In settings, the “remote access” they are both connected.

And the access are enabled.

There´s a green light in front, and an Amber at the back, of the MBL, so that should be okay.

I have been looking around the internet and several forums, and it seems like being a “normal” problem.

What´s the solution, how does i make it work?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the WD2go app, also be sure to have the latest firmware update installed.

REMOTE ACCESS in V02.32.05-046 Relay Connection fix:

The fix to relay connections as not been resolved in my case. When updated i lose remote connection even when the mybooklive says have have port forwarding connection. I have tried to open firewall ports, set up port forwarding and triggering but no luck in remote connection. The only method i can get the remote access working is to disable UPnP on my router going back to Relay connection which is what it was on prior to the update when i worked. Of course disabling UPnP will cause all sorts of issues for gaming etc

The comment above may work but i find it unlikely if you had remote access before this update.
