Remote access doesn't work steadilly

hi everyone,

when i first got my mbl and connect it to my router, i tried a lot of methods to enable remote access inluded port mapping on my router, none of them worked, always the error code 31520. then i used putty to telnet in my mbl and executed factory restore, the problem was solved. however, after i created several folders and users, the error 31520 happened again. how to make mbl remote access working steady?
