Cannot establish remote access connection. Make sure you are connected to the Internet. (Error 31520)

Remote access not working. Please can someone advise.

i am also having the same issue, it doesn’t matter if i port forward, or its on automatic, nothing changes, sometimes it says its connected, other times it fails… doesn’t matter what it says, i can’t access it outside of the lan.

i have rebooted, enabled, disabled etc etc, nothing seems to make a difference.
