Hi there! My Cloud 3TB has a solid red light. Tried soft reset, hard reset, changed cable and nothing worked. Tried to connect directly to my mac via ethernet cable and did not work. At this point i think the HD is dead. Any las hope? If the HD is corrupted do you guys recommend a company for data recovery?
