Red light and nothing works

Hello guys,
I have a WD My Cloud EX2 Extra, I tried to erase the content to go back to Factory setting but in fact, I went and I think erased everything. Since then, the lights are red and I can’t find my cloud anymore… I guess I deleted everything including the softwares that run the drives (I am guessing). Can anyone help me please :frowning:

You should go for 40 second reset of My Cloud EX2 Ultra. Then configure My Cloud to access it over the network.
