Red Light and

Hello guys,
I have a WD My Cloud EX2 Extra, I tried to erase the content to go back to Factory setting but in fact, I went and erased everything. Since then, the lights are red and I can’t find it anymore… I guess I deleted everything including the softwares that run the drives (I am guessing). Can anyone help me please :frowning:

Also, it may help to read the My Cloud EX2 Ultra User Manual, if you haven’t done so already, as there may be additional information in there on how to address your issue.
