Reconnect My cloud OS3

I launched MyCloud OS3 android app today on my phone on home wifi network to which my cloud home is also connected but my cloud did not find my cloud drive. When i tried to reconnect, it asked for 12 digit activation code. On my phone browser, i am able to open my cloud drive though.

The question… why did I lose my cloud connection from app? Now thats happened where do I get my activation code?
