Need help here. I’ve moved about 30gb worth of pictures and videos (using direct Ethernet connection) from one directory to a new one.
Now, I cannot seem to be able to remotely access the data I moved. My cloud still “remembers” the old path.
I guess I need to rebuild the data base.
I cannot find how to do this through the DASHBOARD.
Please help.

There is no such database.
The only databases are for WD Photos (photos only), WD My Cloud Mobile Apps, and DLNA (both only store media files.)
So, again, WHICH database?

Are you saying you created a new share and moved the files?
Did you read the Help(?) information provided in the Dashboard?
How are you trying to access them, laptop, tablet, cell phone?
