Rebooting every 20sec MYCLOUD EX2 Ultra

Any ideas
Sent the thing back to WD and returned with the same problem, is it me or the machine.
Tried 5sec restore and the 40sec.
Can’t speak to support as I’m in the uk, checked out the option to fly over to the good old USA, but the wife said NO hehe
