Due to some reason my WDBC TL0030HWT Storage quit working. The red LED stays on the front panel. Tried to reset a few times 4 Sec. and also 40 Sec. as per instructions but the red LED stays ON all the time. When I tried 40 Sec. reset white LED came just for few sec. but then it turn to red.
Can I try some thing else to make it work? Has any body experienced something like this before? Is there any way to retrieve my data and photos even with red light on the panel? Please help if you can.
