Problems transferring large files

Hi, 

I have a 2 GB file that I wish to transfer to my 3 Tb WD My Cloud. However, everytime I attempt to transfer this file to the My Cloud, it will fail. However, small files such as picture files can be transferred without any problems whatsoever. 

In the My Cloud client, the megabytes transferred will drop (i.e. if the bar was at 200 Mb, it will inexplicably drop to 20 Mb).

If I attempt to transfer it via the File Explorer, it will refuse to start in the first place and give an, “Interrupted Action” dialogue box.

Are you accessing the unit wirelessly or wired to your network? Also i would like to know if this happens on other devices.
