Problem with WD My Cloud data copy

Hello, buy a WD My Cloud Home Duo and copy the things from my previous WD My Cloud.
When going to Network Import, my My Cloud appears, I select the folder I want to copy, it asks for my username and password (that folder is private and I have it with a password), and then it shows me the image with my My Cloud and the folders.
In that folder there are about 3 TB of files but it does not appear as working.

Another thing my WD My Cloud Home Duo is 16TB and I have it in Raid 1 as it comes from the factory and 7,07TB appear usable, I think a lot of difference, in the box said that they were usable 7.9TB.
