PR4100 Showing 95% Full While User Files Are Only 51%?

Hello forum members! Hoping for some assistance!

I have a PR4100 with 4x4 TB WD Red in RAID 10 reporting it’s at >95% while my user files are taking up only 4.1 TB of the 8 TB. It shows 17.6 GB (0.018 TB) free! Where can I look to possibly free up space from deleted or temp files, apps, etc.?

I also have a My Cloud EX4 with 4x4 TB WD Red in RAID 10 that is essentially a mirror of the PR4100 and it shows 3.7 TB free!

Did you enable the recycle bin for any shares on the 4100? If so, empty them (maybe double check the contents first).

I know you’re on OS3 on the EX4 (so am i). What version are you running on the 4100?

You are correct! Thank you Saudade! I checked the recycle bin - I didn’t think I had it enabled? and also didn’t have a duration set for automatic purging after so many days.
I’m back in business - no red lights - thank you sooo much!
