PR4100 - Can't login to the mycloud dashboard

Hello all,

I just updated my PR4100 to OS5, everything went smoothly. But now I can’t access the mycloud dashboard (http://mycloudpr4100/ or local ip address) other than with the admin account - all the others give me an error message.
When I change the passwords (when logged as admin), I have the feeling it doesn’t saves it, because when I try to log afterwards with then same login and password, it simply doesn’t work. It is so frustrating.
What am I missing here ?

Also I would like to know why, in the info on the NAS on the https://os5.mycloud.com/ site, it says my NAS is connected as relay and not local ? It may come because I have my NAS connected to a Greyhound sitecom router that is connected to my provider’s modem ? But even when I tried connecting it directly to the modem, it stayed as “relay”. I don’t quite understand this.

Thanks.

@hum The My Cloud OS 5 AdminUI dashboard will only allow the ‘admin’ user to login.
Added device users cannot login to the AdminUI dashboard like it could in My Cloud OS 3.

Created device users can only login to access Shares using Windows Samba, macOS Finder, FTP etc…
Cloud Access is required for Web and Mobile app login.

If your NAS is behind two network routers, it will be in Double NAT configuration and forced to Relay Mode. If your modem doesn’t support UPnP, UPnP is disabled or not functioning correctly, the My Cloud will fall into Proxy Relay mode if UPnP Port Forwarding is not possible.
