PR2100 reports virus but can't quarantine or delete

Just yesterday I started getting report of a virus on my daily scan. I haven’t even used the NAS in a week or so, so I haven’t added any new files. When I manually run the scan and ask it to quarantine or delete the files, nothing happens. They don’t show up in quanantine and when i run the scan again it just shows the same 2 files again. Anyone else having the same issue in the last day or so when they run a system scan using Antivirus Essentials app?
I have attached a screenshot of the 2 files that keep showing up.

And today it is no longer detecting those files as viruses… strange…
