Problems with Anti-Virus Essentials 1.13 / Firmware 2.31.149


  1. Last week I received the following alert:

Virus Found
Anti-Virus Basics: Virus scan completed and there is virus found. Please check the virus scan report for details.

I can’t see any Scan Report and there are no quarantined files.
Any idea where is this virus that the Anti-Virus Essentials supposedly found?

  1. Any idea why does it take days to perform a full system virus scan (literally, days! I started a full system scan 60 hours ago, it is still at 43% with less than 800 GB of data in the system)?
