Hi
Recently im seeing Photo.scr and Info.zip in some of my NAS folders.
Windows Defender says that these files are viruses. I can remove them but they keep reappearing.
Any idea on how to run a full scan on my WD EX4 NAS

You can download the Anti-Virus Essentials app on your My Cloud Multi-bay device and run the scan through the app to find out whether any virus in stored on your My Cloud EX4 device or not.
