PR2100 - No Internet Access (Dashboard) - What next?

Hi,

I have a PR2100 that I use primarily as a Plex server.

Yesterday my internet at home went down for a while but eventually came to but I noticed I was unable to access my dashboard “this site cannot be reached” even though I could do everything else online.

After a while I did manage to get the dashboard to finally load (very hit and miss though) and the network profile status said “no internet access”. The network mode is static FYI.

Because I don’t want to lose the data on my PR2100 I am unsure what steps to take next, whether to do a reset on the device itself, try to toggle the network mode back to DHCP and see if that helps.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
