Power was lost from the system

Hi all,
I am getting below error when trying to login into Mycloudex2

Power was lost from the system. Performing file system consistency check

I have WDMyAccess installed on windows 10. Even trying to shutdown from there does not seem to do any change. There’s blinking blue light at the top.

It’s going on since 2 days. I have 2 TB usable capacity on 4TB disk due to RAID set up and there’s roughtly 700GB data.

Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

The file system or RAID volume may be corrupted or compromised due to a power failure and the unit is trying to repair the damage. I’d recommend being patient and monitoring the progress from the unit’s Dashboard as opposed to the WD Access app.

Thanks Trancer.

The main problem is I can’t access the unit dashboard. If I can login and check progress of consistency check. it would be easier to have patience.
Does this forum have any official support ?

Regards
Shiv
