Plex stopped working on my cloud home

app.plex.tv is unable to connect to “My Cloud Home” securely

I tried restarting my cloud home, I also tried disable and enabling Plex, I even deleted the Plex folder and tried to enable it after. Nothing works. I have no idea what to do. Any help is much appreciated.

Software version: 9.5.0-186

yup that’s what I tried. Has no impact.

Third party software support here is limited. Try the Plex forum.

It looks like its a widespread problem, many users on that forum are also complaining on the same issue.
