when i back up my IPhone the photos end up in a complete random order. Is there something i can do with this problem? The wd support is **bleep** and are of NO HELP AT ALL

Does this happen when you copy pictures with the WD MyCloud app or WD Photo?
I think both, but most certanly the WD photo app. The cloud app back up doesnt work at all with 800 photos. IT stops
The photo app doesnt seem to read the metadata of the pictures
The only sorting is that of the date they where backer up, and thats irrelevant for me.
