Checking to see if anyone else is having this issue. I have a WD Live 3tb drive and a WD My Cloud 4tb drive. I access pictures on both drives via my iDevices using the WD Photo app. The pictures sort by date taken just fine on my Live drive, however on my My Cloud drive they sort by “date modified” - I have asked support why and how to fix, they insist that the drive and app only sorts by date taken, recommended rebuild and rescan, I have done that twice now (at 55,000 pictures it takes a while). When I access both drives via the WD Windows app and check my pictures the only sort option is by date modified (which doesn’t make any sense to me why you want to sort by that), anyway it has no effect on my Live drive, so I’m thoroughly frustrated and can not find a way to get my pictures sorted correctly on My Cloud. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
