Sorting Files by Date Modified / Created

Hi on MyCloud software loaded to my devices (smart phone/tablet/laptop) I don’t appear to be able to sort files by date which is especially frustrating for images as I’ve thousands and they always present oldest first. I’ve also tried logging in via the online gui access but have the same problem. Are there instructions on a way to do this on: Apple Smartphone, iPad, MyCloud software 1.0.7.17, and via online gui?

If you are working locally, don’t bother with the WD software. Just map the drive into your file system, and use your preferred file manager tool (Finder, File Explorer, etc).
