Photo albums have disappeared

HI All,

I have spent the best part of 10 hrs moving my photo albums onto my new WD home cloud and all was great then i decided to install the plex, last night i see 60% of my albums have disappeared and this morning more have gone, also i copied my old hard drive onto the new Cloud and this was done overnight a week ago and this has now gone, i have disabled plex but i’m worried about loading the cloud again just to have them disappear again, any help would be much appreciated.
