Personal private folders not showing up on

Hi, I recently acquired a My Cloud device. I’m setting up everything but there’s a strange thing happening.
If I access to with my user I cannot see the private folders only assigned to that user.
If I acces through the app I can see/write them.

I created other shared or public folders and they appear, but if I create folders only assigned to that user they won’t appear on the browser, but in the app.

Any tips?


Try checking the settings again and reset the unit using the 4 seconds method.
