I log in mycloud from the web sites in my pc with window 10, but cannot see all the folder in my cloud. What happens? But I can see all the folders from my ipad & iphone IOS.

What router are you using?
It’s possible there’s a DNS (name resolution issue) between the PC and the MyCloud device.
IE: the browser is a web based call unlike the mobile app
I’m new to this and as I learned I found that even the Admin needs to be granted permissions to see folders. Could it be you don’t have access to the see the folders. Check the Admin control panel. I could be totally offbase - so please be kind
