I’m a newbie and I am obviously doing something wrong. I can see Mycloud on my network but only have access to the public folder. I have a number of other folders that I can see when I login into the website. I would like to download some of the folders. However, I’d rather not do it one file at a time. Is there a way to make the files on the website public or conversely, can I make the network see all the folders.
This is one of the worst documented apps I’ve seen.
What Western Digital device do you own? What Operating System/Firmware does it have? Have you looked at the Community and the different topics/sub-topics for each device?
Example: I have a WDMYCLOUD OS5. In the Community I would select My Cloud.
