Passport won't back up, but Utilities say everything is fine

My Passport won’t back up, though supposedly everything is working. I uninstalled software, reinstalled, it backed up. That was April last year. I thought it was working, but it hasn’t been backing up anything. Need help.2019-06-04T04:00:00Z
