My Passport external drive stopped backing up my files in February 2024. I can instruct it to backup now and it goes through the motions, you can see it preparing for the backup, but then it doesn’t back up the computer. It has always worked in the past. I scanned for virus’s using Norton and no virus was detected. I can manually save a file on the external hard drive, but the backup feature does not work. Help!
