I have 2 250 GB Passport for PC with USB connect. The plugs to the drives are loose and come apart easily. Does anyone else have this problem and or a solution to it short off replacing them?
Contact WD about new cables. If the drives are in warranty they will probably just send you new ones. They had a batch of cables that didn’t lock in well.
