WD Support suggests getting a new cable. Is this common for this type of problem? I plug the Passport into my computer, and sometimes it is read, often it isn’t. When it does get recognized, it is just fine with no problems until I try moving files to it. As soon as I click in the other window to drag a file over to it, the Passport window starts calculating space or something. I drag the file over and it says it is copying, but basically it just stalls out and disconnects. Then it will reconnect again on its own. Please HELP!
