cannot access os5.mycloud.com reporting 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable.
It seems the system is down despite status page says it’s on line.

Thank you @fpetit . I just reported it via the chat, but wasn’t given much information. Basically, just a check your email for updates? which I’ve never gotten an email about outages before so who knows. thank you!

WD has a status page. Note that sometimes it lags a bit before they update an outage.

Service Outage

11th Nov 2024Outage

Product Owners of My Cloud Home, My Cloud Home Duo and My Cloud OS5 Service. We are currently experiencing a login issues that are preventing file access and use of the applications provided for your product, including the mobile and web apps.During this login issue, you may access files stored locally on your device using a feature called Local Access if it is already enabled.Local access is already enabled by default on My Cloud OS5 devices.

Hopefully the outage isn’t multi weeks like other recent outages. If it is people may want to consider looking into setting up a VPN server on the same local network as their My Cloud to regain remote access.

The service has been restored

I have the same problem. 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable. The disk is working normally. I can’t log into the application.
https://status.mycloud.com/os5.html shows that everything works fine. Please tell me what it could be?

Any attempt to log in ends with a request to enter a username. And then everything goes in a circle. 503 error.

Remote Cloud is working normally right now. You’d better clean temporary files from your browser

is this related to my nas portal redirect me back to login page, when i have login to os5cloud ?
