One or more RAID volumes are degraded. PR4100 didn't rebuilt

My Cloud OS 5 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud Pro Series

I have a RAID 5 with 3 10TB disks, disk 2 died, I substituted it with a new one. But volume still degraded.
All disks are healthy.

How to fix this?
