Backup is not copying video files from my phone to MyCloud. Device name WDMyCloud, Firmware 5.26.300. Running ’ My Cloud OS 5’ on Samsung S21, Auto backup is ON to automatically back up photos and videos to My Cloud OS 5. However, when going to the network share where all copies should go to, only JPEGs are copied, but no video files. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
