The automatic copying of all the photos and videos on my mobile works correctly, but when I move them from the folder to which the copies are made (to organise them in folders according to my interests), the application copies all the photos again, when it should only copy the new ones. In the previous version (My Cloud OS3) it worked correctly, but when upgrading to My Cloud OS5 I have this problem.
Thank you very much for your response! It’s a pity that it works like this, in the previous version of the app, it remembered which files I had copied and didn’t copy them again once they had been moved to a different folder in My Cloud.
Well, at least now I know I wasn’t doing it wrong and that it’s the standard operation of the app.
