Hi,
I am using WD My Cloud Home 4TB and I am using the WD My Cloud Android app in my Motorola G5Splus mobile. However whenever I enable the automatic backup as on, it automatically creates several copies of a single photo or video in my mobile and tries to take the backup again and again.
Can anyone please guide me how to fix the issue ? It looks like some bug in the WD My Cloud app.
@WD Team, please look into the issue and fix the same in the next version of the app or, guide any local fix can made to prevent this duplication to happen.
Note - I am using the latest version of the WD My Cloud app, still I face this weird issue .
