Hello, I have WD MyCloud Mirror, and i have a iPhone.
I can autobackup photos, but for some reason, videos are not uploaded to mycloud… Anyone with this problem?

The iOS App makes copy of the video and pictures before the backup copy is transferred to the My Cloud.
Of course, .jpg and .png copy faster than .mov files.
Just keep the app in the foreground and allow the copy and send to take place.
You keep the app in the foreground by setting the iPhone and iPad auto lock to NEVER until the transfer of all files is complete, then return setting to what you normally keep it on.
