Hi, I have the My Cloud App on a Samsung s20, it has not been backing up my photos to my cloud for some time. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, under the setting Auto Backup you should be able to choose which folders to back up but there is nothing there to choose just an empty screen. Any help appreciated.

I have my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G backing up to my WD My Cloud. I haven’t had any problems. Below is an image from mine. Click on, tap, or activate image to enlarge it.

After taking a closer look I take it you are using OS5. Here are images from OS5 and the backup of my S20.
Image One, Did you choose Back up to?
Image Two, your image shows you looking at, Backup other folders. Here’s what mine shows. What other folders do you want to back up?
