Not another SafePoint post, surely? Alternatives?

After experiencing every possible failure-mode of WD SafePoint I’m giving up on it.

What do y’all recommend for properly backing up a MyCloud (whether to an attached USB Drive or elsewhere)? I’ve seen some “run these scripts” solutions, but I’m more looking for a solution that I can install on my server then just configure & run, which deals properly with things like full/incremental backups etc - “a proper backup solution” bit of software.

Grateful for any ideas.

Thanks, but it doesn’t actually provide any recommendations as to 3rd-party backup software that can do/does the job that SafePoint ought to do…
