I am facing connectivity issues for more than a month and am not able to identify what the issue is.
When I try to connect via browser(using IP) I get an error
If I do a My cloud setup, I always get message as no device found
A frequent message that I keep getting is " wdmycloudmirror ’s server IP address could not be found.’
I have done basis checks like restarting the router, power down and start of the cloud, reset the device etc.
For more than a month I am not able to access my files and folders on my cloud. Any pointers would help.
