Not able to connect to My Cloud Mirror

Hi,
I am facing connectivity issues for more than a month and am not able to identify what the issue is.

  1. When I try to connect via browser(using IP) I get an error

  2. If I do a My cloud setup, I always get message as no device found

  3. A frequent message that I keep getting is " wdmycloudmirror ’s server IP address could not be found.’

I have done basis checks like restarting the router, power down and start of the cloud, reset the device etc.
For more than a month I am not able to access my files and folders on my cloud. Any pointers would help.

Hi aldrinvijay,

You should try to check after performing the power cycle the My Cloud device and Computer in order to initialize the network configuration.
