Failed to connect to device

I cannot connect to my cloud mirror. It says can’t connect to device. I have tried "Connect to devices with WDmycloud.com login. It is able to see the device but I cannot connect to it. Using windows 10. Help thanks

Have you tried resetting the drive by pressing the reset button in the back of the drive? Are you locally connected or are you remote?
