Advice please - can't connect to wdmycloudmirror

Hi everyone, probably a basic but I’ve not used My Cloud Mirror for a while. When logging in from my Laptop I’m getting the error message “can’t connect to wdmycloudmirror”. Also Android phone app not connecting. It’s as if the Mirror has been dropped from the network. I can see the Mirrot dashbioard from my Laptopn just fine via ethernet to the router. Any advice please ?

Reboot the drive and the router. If that doesn’t work, do a 40 secnd reset on the drive.
